How Can I Help You?

Most people don't come to me with a diagnosis. They come with pain in one place, not knowing what's actually wrong with it. So here's where I can help.

Questions I get

How are you different from other orthopaedics?

I got trained at India's only dedicated Sports Injury Centre and I'm Olympic-certified in sports medicine by the International Olympic Committee. My approach starts with an honest evaluation of whether surgery is actually needed — I've conservatively managed over 30,000 ACL and meniscus cases without operating, reserving surgery for when it's genuinely the better path. That combination of specialized sports-injury training and a conservative-first philosophy is what sets my practice apart.

How do you help with rehab after surgery?

Recovery after surgery follows a structured, physiotherapist-guided rehab plan tailored to your specific procedure — starting with controlling swelling and regaining range of motion, then building strength, then a supervised return to daily activity or sport. Progress is tracked against milestones rather than a fixed calendar, with regular follow-up to make sure the plan is on track.

What if I don't want surgery? Are there other options?

In many cases, yes. My approach prioritizes non-surgical treatment wherever it can deliver a full, lasting recovery — physiotherapy, bracing, activity modification, and injections are the first line of treatment for many knee, shoulder, and ligament injuries. I recommend surgery only when a full clinical assessment shows it's genuinely the best path for your specific injury.

Is the treatment covered under Insurance/ Ayushman?

Coverage depends on your specific insurance policy or Ayushman Bharat empanelment at the treating hospital, and can vary by procedure and location. Get in touch with the clinic directly to confirm coverage details for your plan before your visit.
